Poteau history teacher and bus driver Mr. Brennan brought a cake to school to share with his AP Human Geography class. Mr. Brennan brings in a cake every year the day before his students’ AP Exam. “It’s a tradition for my AP classes because they work so hard all year long,” comments Mr. Brennan. He has been hand-baking and awarding cakes for 15 years now. Each year his class has scored an above-the-line average on the AP Exam. “If they have cake then they’ll do better on the exam.”
The baking historian left this comment for his students: “I would say good luck to everybody… I put it on the cake… but you don’t need luck. Because you’re ready.”
Mr. Brennan’s Students will take their AP Human Geography exam tomorrow morning.
